RESTALIA: The exponential growth of a successful brand

In the past two years, the brand Restalia primeval, 100 Montaditos, has experienced unprecedented growth with over 200 restaurants nationwide. Not only that, but international expansion has seen the opening of several restaurants in France, Portugal and the United States, where they opened their first restaurant in Miami last January.
Now the Spanish company's goal is on the other side of the pond and its management team is optimistic: "We see an exponential growth in the U.S. and around the world," says the CEO of Restalia, Carlos Perez, in an interview with BusinessWeek. "We see the Americans coming to our restaurant and relax and enjoy the atmosphere as if they were in Spain."
